Hello Everyone! Well, Summer is upon us, and KWP has something exciting to share:
Kingdom Work Productions is thrilled announce our…Camp KWP Summer Theater Workshop for kids interested in arts! Over the course of 5 weeks, children ages 7 thru12 will have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of theater, while also exploring things like sign language, cooking, and art!

Below you will find a registration form and a manual, if you are interested in signing your child up, please send your completed form to kingdomworkvision@gmail.com
Important Forms and Information
Click on the images to download the registration form (left) and the parent's manual (right). The form must be filled out and returned to KWP to register your child!

*The instructions to fill out the form are for those who have access to Word, if not, please see the instructions underneath the forms to fill out the information another way
How to fill out the form via Word:
1. Click directly on the image of the form to have it automatically download to your computer.
2. The form is a Word Document, when you open it, you are able to start editing it and putting in your information.
3. When you get to the last page where a signature is required, select draw at the top of your screen
4. Choose the black pen icon and to the best of your abilities, sign the document using your mouse, touchpad, or touchscreen device.
5. Save your file as Child Full Name_KWP Registration
6. Send your completely filled out form to kingdomworkvision@gmail.com​

Alternate Method:

2. Print out the forms
3. Fill out all of the required information
4. Take photos of all the pages
5. Send your images of the completely filled out form to kingdomworkvision@gmail.com
1. Click the image to have the file download directly to your computer
2. Open a new browser and type in "Kami"

3. Create an account in Kami (no payments are required to have an account)
4. On the homepage at the top it says "Open File", select "My Computer" and find the Registration form in your files
5. Select "Convert"
6. On the left side select "text-box" and click on the screen where you want to type (you will need to do this for EVERY line)
7. When you get to the section where a signature is required, select "drawing" and to the best of your abilities, sign the document using your mouse, touchpad, or touchscreen device.
8. Save your file using the "export" button on the top right (next to the eye) as Child Full Name_KWP Registration
9. Send your completely filled out form to kingdomworkvision@gmail.com​
